Sports | Stephen Buries Nine Triples Finals Record to Give Warriors 2-0 over Cleveland

Another great performance from Stephen Curry to bury nine triples in Game 2 of their series against the Cavaliers.  The feat gave the Warriors a win 122-103 giving them a 2-0 lead in the Finals series.  This was nothing extraordinary from Stephen Curry as we know he can do this anytime he wants, but let us focus on the others who made this feat more wonderful with a win for Golden State.

First up, Aside from him, he got support from the usual heroes in Kevin Durant 26 points, Thompson with 20 and Livingston 10 points.  The unlikely heroes for the Warriors were the steady help of Javale Mcgee and David West.  Both had solid performance with West hitting a crucial three pointer, his only attempt and McGee in double figures 12 points.  With a solid supporting cast, the already great Warriors became quite formidable.

On the Other side of the fence, Lebron did not reach 40 points this time garnering only 29 this time but thanks to Kevin Love's 22 points, Hill at 15 and Tristan's 11 made a losing battle more bearable.  They were able to catch up within 5 points but the Warriors would pad the lead till 10 points on average.  Come the last 4 minutes of the game, Ty Lue raised the white flag and brought out Lebron James and Kevin Love.

Games 3 and 4 shifts now to The Land on Thursday and Saturday 9am Philippine Time.  They have been down 0-2 in the previous series with the Boston Celtics and they won.  Some die hard fans view it as the same thing all over again but NBA experts disagrees.  Before they were expecting the Cavs might win on the 7th, but with the Cleveland supporting cast being absent the past two games, they are reversing their forecasts to the Warriors on the 5th.  Do you think the experts are correct, will the King do another "God Mode" performance in these coming two games?
