About Town | LBC's "Aming Ligaya" Campaign Brings Together Agent and Customer

LBC Loyal patrons were given a chance to meet commendable employees whom they get to transact to via telephone, these is through their Aming Ligaya Campaign. LBC believes that their success is based on customers who rely on them for their excellent service and passion.

In a ceremoney given recently, LBC gave a chance for Agent Aldrin Rulloda of Customer Care Management to meet with Mr. Ricardo Faldas who wrote about the former's quality of service. Mr. Faldas walked inside the LBC St. Francis branch and approached Mr. Rulloda who was inside the branch. The former recognized the latter through his name badge. The meet up was something else as the two met like two friends who had a reunion.
Ricardo narrates: “Kaya dito ko pinili sa LBC St. Francis Square kasi very accomodating ang mga staff nyo dito at masaya ako sa nagawang tulong ni Aldrin sa akin. Kasi from time to time ina-update nya ako kung nasaan na yung shipment ko at sinasabihan niya ako kung anu yung most available time na pwede nya akong tawagan. Tapos nung dumating na yung request ko from Iloilo, tinanong nya sa akin kung saang branch yung preferred ko, sabi ko sa kanya ako na lang ang pupunta sa hangar. Pero hindi dun natapos iyon. Tinetext nya pa ako kung nasaan na ako para masigurado na hindi ako maliligaw at kung tama ba yung gate na pinuntahan ko. That’s the kind of service that Aldrin needs to share with his colleagues
