About Town | Miss Tourism Philippines Inc. Launches Three Pageants

Miss Tourism Philippines, Inc. is proud to present three pageants at the Vivere Hotel in Muntinlupa City.  These pageants were the Miss Tourism Asia International 2018, Miss Tourism Philippines 2018, and Mr. and Ms. Senior Philippines.

The Miss Tourism Asia International 2018 is in search of global beauties between the ages of 18 and 27, who have not been married and have not given birth, and are at least 162 cm tall.  A total of 37 countries and territories have signified joining this international event.  Coronation Night is slated on December 5, 2018.  Venue is still to be announced.

The Miss Tourism Philippines 2018 is now on its 7th year already and is officially endorsed by the Department of Tourism and the Department of Interior and Local Government.  This has been a platform fo rthe promotion of our country's picturesque attractions, hospitable people, unique cuisine and our treasure trove of arts, traditions and culture.

A total of 30 candidates from different parts of the archipelago are vying for major titles to be given out for Miss Tourism Philippines 2018;  Miss Philippines - World Tourism Ambassador, Miss Tourism Philippines - Asia International, Miss Tourism Philippines - World, and Miss Tourism Philippines - Universe.  Four deserving ladies will also get to the recognized as Philippine Tourism Ambassadors.  Pre-pageant and coronation night will be held at the official residence of the candidates at Chateau Royale in Nasugbu, Batangas on August 25, 2018.  A delayed telecast will be shown September 9, 2018 on GMA News TV.

Last but not the least of the pageants presented, the Mr. and Ms. Senior Philippines is the newest national pageant presented, to celebrate the enduring vivacity of our beloved elders. Nothing much has been presented yet so watch out for further announcements for this new project of Miss Tourism Philippines, Inc.
