Dining | Natys Lechon in Landmark Food Court Festival Mall
Who says food court food sucks? This one truly does not, in fact it was great!!!! We found Naty's Lechon in the Landmark Food Court in Festival Mall Alabang. They had a lot of food choices, freshly cooked and looked inviting indeed.
They also had nicely priced combos like Php99 pesos for a cup of rice, 2 pork viands and vegetable. For a great price of Php99, who could top that? I most fast food areas, for that price, you will not afford to get 1 pork and 1 vegetable dish.
As this was located in the food court, service is fast as you point to your food choices. My visit was around 11am so they just recently opened. Food was still hot in their warmers so no need to re heat, I was glad for this. The dishes were nicely placed in the tray with dividers and small bowls. I chose pork adobo, sinigang pork and monggo to go along with some steamed rice.
Taste wise I had a great time. The pork adobo wasn't that salty, but tasty. The sinigang pork was sour as it should be, with loads of vegetables, but with sadly with less pork in them. My monggo was spot on like my mom used to make. It just lacked the dried fish as toppings but otherwise, it was just fine as it is.
For the price of Php99, I can't complain. With the number of viands, it was a great deal. The only deal breaker was the cost of their cola drink. They only offer canned drinks and it costs Php50. I didn't know that drinks were expensive, I only found out when I already at the counter and that Coca Cola was punched in. Lesson learned, stay away from sugared drinks, they are not good for your body and your wallet. LOL.
