About Town | Mondelez Philippines spreads meaningful change through its Joy Schools Program

Mondelez Philippines, the maker of beloved snacks such as Eden Cheese, Oreo cookies, Tang powdered beverages, Toblerone, and Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate, has always been about empowering the community, and our children, to snack mindfully. It has adapted its initiatives to be able to provide for the nutritional and educational needs of its adopted students under its Joy School program.

The Joy Schools is the flagship community program of Mondelez Philippines. It is an adopt-a-school initiative aimed at empowering children to take positive steps towards overall well-being. It has touched the lives of tens of thousands of students, through the adoption of 16 public elementary schools for various interventions on nutrition. Locally, the program has directly benefited 4,500 students through its daily lunch feeding program, which runs for 9 months every school year.

To know more how the company helps the community through its feeding program and donation of learning kits and laptops, I have attached here the press release. We also hope that you can take part in sharing this good news with your readers.

Despite the uncertainties during this time, one thing remains sure. Mondelez Philippines will stay committed to sparking meaningful change in these students’ lives.
