Emilio Jacinto Pingkian: Isang Musikal in proshot one-time streaming on May 26
Tanghalang Pilipino's 'Pingkian: Isang Musikal' is now available in professional shot film, and it's set to stream online for a one-time streaming via Tanghalang Pilipino's official Facebook page on May 26, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. Philippine Time.
The musical play first premiered on March 1, 2024, at the Cultural Center of the Philippines, Tanghalang Ignacio Gimenez and finished its extended performance at the GSIS Theatre Philippines in April 2024.
Pingkian: Isang Musikal is a full-length musical about the life of Emilio Jacinto, a young Katipunero who became a revolutionary hero. It takes place between the end of the Philippine Revolution and the start of the Philippine-American War. It illustrates the young Katipunero's ability to navigate through the difficulties of war with determination for freedom.

Tanghalang Pilipino is the resident drama company of the Cultural Center of the Philippines. Since it was established in 1987, it has successfully presented 114 productions within 15 seasons while generating one of the best attendance records among the CCP’s resident companies.
