Food Panda Food Crawl | I'm Vegan For An Hour at Juicesabel

Last time this writer had eaten vegan was almost a year already.  We had one in a cafe in Baler, Aurora and it was fantastic dining experience.  Its been a long time since then and we were ecstatic to learn that we will be dropping by one vegan restaurant again in our food crawl today with Food Panda.

Now Juicesabel is situated at the Collective in Malugay Street.  For those familiar with the old Malugay, this building used to house Car Accessories Shops, now it has been converted into food shops with lots of dishes and varieties for the dining public.  

Juicesable is vegan restaurant and located at a corner nook inside the Collective.  Eating healthy is their mantra thus the vegan thing.  Imagine serving burgers and the usual cholesterol laden meals in vegan form.

Trying out the dishes they whipped out for us took us back to Baler in Aurora.  The dishes tasted great and fanstastic.  You will be surprised there's no meat in them.  Pure vegetables including their sisig and this made this writer realize how they thought of preparing their dishes.  Its not easy to replace meat with vegetables and yet retain somehow the pre conceived taste of the dishes.

Hats off to the Juicesabel team for pulling off such a vegan feat and wowing this writer to no end.  We tried out first their Palabok which was great.  Followed with Jalapeno Mac and Cheese, the Burgers, and I can go on and on with how the taste of these vegan dishes were great.  I have to especially make mention to order the sisig and their kare kare. hmmmmm delicious.
