The Unioil Loyalty Card has been around for a while now and anyone who applies for such card will have to fork out Php50 and in return will get 50 point credits.  Each point is equal to a peso so you can use these credit to gas up worth Php50.  Succeeding gas purchases, every Php200 gets you 1 point.  Such points can be used for future gasoline purchases.
