In a recent development, Astoria Hotels and Resorts (AHR) chose to tie up with Tag Media for a series of events for 2018.  Astoria is in the running to be the Philippines leading hotel group.  2018 has been turning out to be a year of milestones for AHR.  After gaining an award from the recently concluded Kohler Bold Design Awards and PTAA Travel Tour Expo 2018, the hotel chain has qualified as a nominee in the Philippines Leading Hotel Group category of the 25th World Travel Awards.

AHR has been in the hospitality industry for nearly two decades.  The success of its various properties are testaments to the brand's commitment in providing personalized and unique guest experiences.  Its city hotels like the Astoria Plaza in Ortigas,and Astoria Greenbelt in Makati are strategically located in two of the country's prime business districts.  Their resorts namely Astoria Boracay, Astoria Current, Astoria Bohol and Astoria Palawan, are situated in some of the world's award winning tropical paradise islands.
