Motoring | Back To Basics at Mitsufest Philippines 2018

For a third year on a row, MITSUFEST is back and will be held at the Filinvest Tent, Alabang on September 23, 2018 (Sunday).  For this year, their theme is "Back to Basics".  So expect a bit of classic and vintage Mitsubishi car models at the event that personifies the brand that we know of today.

Started back in 2016, MITSUFEST PH is the biggest gathering of Mitsubishi car clubs and owners in the country. This is an event wherein over 30 Mitsubishi car clubs participate and showcase their vehicles.  MITSUFEST is not just any car club meet, but a celebration of camaraderie, community, and shared passion amongst a growing community of Mitsubishi owners.

This year’s MITSUFEST is made even more special with the addition of the Exhibit Class – a showcase of the ‘best of the best’ Mitsubishi cars from all generations. These special cars will be displayed inside the Filinvest Tent.  Entrance to the general public is absolutely free.

MITSUFEST will be having a series of activities during the event for the attendees. There will be a car competition which will award a trophy for the best car models from the different eras – 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 2000s.  There are also special awards for best stock models, People’s Choice, Best Body Kits, Best in Car Entertainment, Best Paint, and the much anticipated Best Car Club Display, Participation and Attendance Awards.

MITSUFEST is once again co-presented by Petron who is set to have exciting games and prizes for the participants.  Another big supporter is Federal Tires who will also have their own special set of activities during the event and Security Bank who has special deals in store for all attendees. The event will be hosted by DJ Tom Alvarez of RX 93.1 and Chloe Grey with music by DJ Bea “Butta B” Alonso Te.  There will be a meet greet with Mitsufest brand ambassadors Zandra Faye Gonzales, Yassi Coo, Maybelle Villadelgado and Pao Lin.

MITSUFEST is also supported by Imarflex, Unionbank, 3K Battery, Payless, Citibank, Decal Republic, JBL Philippines, Line-x, Aguila Auto Glass, and Metrobank.  Special thanks to Media Partners -- C!
