Jollikids can build the Jollibee Wheel of Joy by first assembling the pillars of their carnival attraction, placing Jollibee at the base, and turning the knob to see him move around. Next, they can assemble the Ferris Wheel’s cabs by using bars to connect the swing frames and fixing the swings of Hetty, Popo, Twirlie, and Yum to the bars.
