Travel PH | The charms of Paoay

Paoay is just near or so from Laoag, so this historical place is one of the destinations of day trips.  A fourth class municipality, this place holds us in its charms even we just happened to pass by here for a brief moment.

The church was captivating in its old glory and with the expanse of its grounds, we are awed with its beauty.  We stayed for less than hour here simply roamed along its sides and spent much of our time eating the ilocos or vigan empanada that was sold nearby.

Eating empanada here is different from the ones sold in Manila.  Tasted great albeit street food still, yet made me want to eat more.

Definitely will come back for a longer period of time soon.
